The Blue Flamingo Club
After public hours, the WVS Mobile Canteen becomes The Blue Flamingo Club - a place where all LHA members can gather and socialise throughout the evening.
The Blue Flamingo Club began in 2011 as a new way to improve social interaction between LHA units, thus making the association stronger through communication and enjoyment. Music is usually provided by 'DJ Mark' and at some events, there is a communal BBQ of which all members are invited to partake.
In 2012, we hope to introduce themed parties at some events for a little variety and extra fun!
The WVS hosts the club, having the facilities already available, making us a social hub not only during the day but at night as well!
